Terms of sale

Last updated 17 October 2026

Who you are buying from

Sysette is published and sold by Growing Peas, the trading name of Lawrenza SRL, a société à responsabilité limitée under Belgian law, RPM Tournai, enterprise and VAT number BE 0747.683.918, rue de Soignies 140, 7800 Ath, Belgium. Contact: [email protected]. Your card statement shows GROWING PEAS* SYSETTE.

What is sold

The librarian is free and always will be: reading banks from the synth, the library, importing and exporting .syx files, and sending banks back. What is sold is the full version: the panel editor, the memory plan, renaming, duplicating and saving variants, and Calibrate.

The full version is a one-time purchase of US$29, for good. It covers every synth Sysette supports, now and later. Where VAT applies it is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach a system operated by Lawrenza SRL. Stripe issues a receipt by email. The full version opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, on the Google account you were signed in with; sign in with the same account to have it on another computer.

Changing your mind: fourteen days

As a consumer in the European Union you have fourteen days from your purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason. A seller may ask you to give that right up in exchange for immediate access. I do not ask that: you keep the fourteen days, and access still opens the moment you pay. I apply the same fourteen days to everyone, wherever you live. One email to [email protected] is enough. The money goes back to the card that paid within fourteen days of your message, and the full version closes.

Beyond the fourteen days

The legal guarantee of conformity cannot be signed away. If Sysette does not do what this site says it does, you are entitled to have it fixed or to be refunded. If a payment was taken twice, it is refunded in full.

Your synth, and what is not promised

Sysette runs in your browser and talks to your synth over MIDI. It confirms every write and reads each program back, but a synth keeps no undo: export your banks before sending anything. No uptime is guaranteed, and browsers and firmware change without notice. Sysette is not affiliated with Sequential.

Your account

The account exists to remember your purchase. What is processed, by whom and for how long is in the privacy policy. You may close your account at any time by asking; closing it gives up the full version, since there is nothing left to attach it to.

Changes, law and disputes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and a change never applies to a purchase already made. Write to [email protected] first. If that does not settle it, consumers in the European Union may bring the dispute to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service, boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 bte 1, 1000 Brussels, mediationconsommateur.be. Belgian law applies and the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protection a consumer is owed under the law of their own country of residence.
